2. Digital Estimates & Online Quotations

  • Any estimation or quote provided through our online estimation form, or via emailed/uploaded photographs, is a provisional estimate only.

  • A binding cost contract is only established once our technicians have physically inspected the vehicle at our workshop on Ballymena Road and a formal repair schedule is authorized by you or your insurance provider.

  • We reserve the right to adjust estimates if hidden or additional structural damage is discovered upon dismantling the vehicle.


3. Courtesy Cars

  • Provision of a courtesy vehicle is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and separate terms and conditions.

  • You are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover is in place for any courtesy vehicle provided, and for returning the vehicle with the equivalent fuel level and in a clean condition.


4. Payment & Vehicle Release

  • All private (non-insurance) repairs must be paid for in full prior to or upon collection of the vehicle. Vehicles will not be released under any circumstances until full payment has cleared.

  • For insurance claims, any policy excess must be paid directly to WJ Blair Accident Repair Centre by the policyholder upon or before vehicle collection.


5. Governing Law

  • Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Northern Ireland.
